At Women’secret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene stickers and tags remain intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

Drop Off or Collection

Affix the return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup through our courier partner.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
